Sweater Weather - The Christmas Edition - The Turtleneck With Skirt

The Turtleneck Tee takes a basic style and amps it up with much wider neck band, resulting in a higher neck line.  This is a great style for breeds that have a longer neck naturally, or for those pups who like a classic design.  We've also added a fun skirt for those puppers that love a little shimmy on their walks!  Plenty of stretch offers comfort and relaxation.  It also helps pups get dressed with ease.  To keep things simple and allow for maximum layering and coordinating ability, sweaters are designed to be trimmed in the same fabric as the main body.
