All items purchased from Mon Ami Furry Designs are made with love for your pup when ordered.  If you have an issue with any of our products, please contact us.  We want you and your pup to be happy with your Mon Ami experience!

Due to the nature of custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective.  We cannot accept returns/exchanges if a customer provides incorrect measurements.  Please double check your measurements and refer to our helpful guidelines before checkout.  If you have any questions regarding measurements, please contact us.
