Shipping policy

Mon Ami Furry Designs charges a flat fee for all orders placed on our website.  We partner with reputable shipping carriers, so your order reaches you safely and timely.  The shipping fee also covers the cost of packaging and handling.

Please keep in mind that your items are made with love for your pup when ordered.  We process and ship orders as quickly as possible and do our best to have all items shipped within 2 weeks from the date you order.  However, there are certain seasons where it will take longer to prepare your items for shipping.  Please refer to the current turnaround time shown on each product page for more information.  After that, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
